Thanks for letting us know that you’re interested in the Tokyo 2 beta!

I've enabled access to the new data center for you to test things out, but there are a few things that you need to know:

-- Tokyo 2 is KVM only, and all Linodes there will be on our latest billing plans.
-- This is the beta period so we recommend against using this beta for production systems, as you may experience increased downtime or even data loss during this beta period.
-- Linodes created in our new Tokyo 2 data center will remain there after the beta ends.

You can now create a Linode in Tokyo 2 the same way you would create a Linode in any other data center.
